I learn design by doing. My first “client” was my dad, a jazz drummer who was gracious enough to let me get reps working on his album art. I mixed computer science and fine art in school, a combination that turned out to be perfect for making interfaces.

I believe design is a lifetime pursuit. My heroes kept working until late in life, always sharpening their craft. I gravitated to agencies earlier in my career for the same reason, to grow alongside other creatives and solve problems for diverse clients. Today, I’m drawn to work in health and wellness that makes a real impact beyond the pixels. My approach is simple: jump in, get a reaction, keep moving.

When I’m not designing, I’m digging into the latest longevity trend, walking the golf course, listening to jazz, or traveling with my wife, camera in hand.
